1. About this policy
This policy explains how PictoraONE handles information when you use the app. PictoraONE is provided by Synapse Data Group, a Stone Street Group LTD brand.
2. Information we collect
PictoraONE does not require an account and does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location data. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
3. Artwork and files
Your canvases, artwork, and imported files are processed on your device. PictoraONE does not upload them to us. They leave the app only when you choose to export, save, or share them using your device.
4. Device permissions
PictoraONE may request access to files or photos only when you ask to import or save content. You control these permissions in your device settings. We do not receive the content you select.
5. Artificial intelligence
PictoraONE does not use artificial intelligence features. Your artwork and activity are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
6. Purchases and third-party services
Downloads and purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. When you export or share work through another app or service, that provider's privacy policy applies. We do not control how those third parties handle information.
7. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use it only to answer your request and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.
8. Children's privacy
PictoraONE does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information you send to us, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us to make a request.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if PictoraONE changes or legal requirements change. The date above shows when this policy was last updated. Material changes will be reflected here.
